❓ How do I track my Vapepie order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can then search it here or visit the carrier’s official site to see updates.
❓ Why doesn’t my tracking show anything yet?
Sometimes it takes 24–48 hours for tracking data to appear after the order leaves the warehouse. If it still doesn’t show after a day, check back later.
❓ My status hasn’t changed in days — what now?
Delays can occur during busy periods or customs clearance. If tracking hasn’t updated in more than 5 business days, contact our support team with your order number.
❓ It says “Delivered” but I haven’t received the package.
