How Do I Place My Order?

Placing an order on VapePie is quick and easy:

1. Add your desired items to the shopping cart.

2. Proceed to checkout using one of the following options:

   • Website Checkout: Click the green “Checkout” button on the right side of the screen

   • PayPal Checkout: Click the PayPal button

3. You will be directed to the Customer Information page to enter:

   • Email address

   • Full name

   • Shipping address

4. If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field on the right side and click “Apply.”

5. Click “Continue to Shipping Method” and confirm your delivery address.

6. Proceed to Payment Method, enter your payment details, and confirm whether billing and shipping addresses are the same.

7. Click “Complete Order.”

Once completed, you will see an on-screen order confirmation and receive a confirmation email with full order details.

What If Items Are Missing or Incorrect?

If your order arrives with missing items or incorrect products, please contact [email protected] and include:

• Your Order Number

• Photo proof (image size under 1MB)

We will reship the correct item at no additional cost, and you may keep the incorrect item as our gift.

How Do I Know My Order Was Successfully Submitted?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Order Number and purchase details.

Can I Change the Items in My Order?

Order modifications are allowed on the same day before 11:00 PM (PDT / GMT-7).

How Do I Add Items to My Cart?

1. Visit the product page and select your preferred options.

2. Click “Add to Cart.”

3. Adjust the quantity if needed and continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

How Do I View My Shopping Cart?

Click the Cart icon at the top of the page to view your selected items.
From here, you can update quantities or remove products before checkout.

How Do I Remove Items From My Cart?

1. Click the Cart icon in the upper-right corner.

2. Locate the item you wish to remove.

3. Click “Remove.” The cart will update automatically.

How Do I Change Item Quantities in My Cart?

Open your cart, edit the number in the Quantity field, and the total price will update automatically.

How Do I Use a Discount Code?

1. Add items to your cart and click Checkout

2. Enter your information on the Customer Information page

3. Input your promo code in the “Discount” field (upper-right corner)

4. Click Apply and confirm the discount is reflected in your order summary

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Order cancellations are accepted before 11:00 PM (PDT / GMT-7) on the same day the order is placed.
After this time, cancellations can no longer be processed.
